Newbie here sort of.... Had pool 2yrs in Central PA. Does anyone have a suggestion on the Black mats ??? i see them i think on Amazon for $159 is that right or is it too cheap ??? Which brand if any is better than another ?

What kind of pool and how big? Do you have a roof or rack to install them on? What are the specs of the panels you see on Amazon?

Those panels you linked to are pretty good panels. How many are you planning to install?
i was thinking one set i think it is 2 x 20ft so 40 sq ft ??? the space might be a problem after that. Would i need more do you think ? Thank you for your input
Depends on your pool size; 40 sq feet isn't all that much solar space. The more you have the better heating you'll get, and if you are looking for a really big increase 40 sqft probably won't do it.
my pool is Above ground 15 * 30. So if i want warmer i should get more panels ? i could possibly double the amount would i be good then ?
15x30 is 450 square feet, so 40 is less than 10% of that and probably will not make a huge difference in your temperature. I would try and find a place for more. Your location makes a difference too; solar heaters will work better in Arizona than Seattle.
