no air

Hi everyone, I am new here and new to my pool and spa.
I need some help! I have an inground plaster spa and when I first moved in the jets worked but now just water blows through no air, ary ideas?

Does it have a seperate blower for the spa?
If not are there holes in the deck above each spa jet?
If not look for a probably 2" pvc sticking up, possibly near pool equipment, that doesnt have anything attached to it.
If you find it try using a vacuum or some other device to blow air into it to clear the air line.
Do this with the jets on.
