Duoclear troubles

I have a DuoClear, and the recommendation is to replace the cartridge every 6months. Is this not the case?
I've had so much trouble with this system, thinking about replacing it. The first year I had it, they had to send me 3 circuit boards, and I still have issues with the buttons not working.

Problem I am having now, the No Flow light is on, although water is flowing fine through the system. I've checked for blockages, backwashed, etc. So, now I'm not getting any chlorine generated.

Welcome to TFP.

We don't recommend replacing the cartridge because it adds metals to you water and that will eventually cause staining.

The problem with your "No Flow Light" is most likely the flow switch. If you're good with electrical troubleshooting you can temporarily jump the flow switch to see if that's the problem.
