It's Herbs Pool service. They were originally based in Marin but also have a base in Petaluma that they opened some years ago.
I've very familiar with Herb's since that's where I get my chlorinating liquid and miscellaneous parts and chemicals in San Rafael. I knew they had a pool service with thousands of customers, but didn't know they built pools as well though I can see they mention that on their website.

The pool and deck are looking really good. From the equipment pad, I can see your Pentair VS-3050 pump. Looks like you've also get a booster pump for a pressure-side cleaner on a dedicated line. I can also see your saltwater chlorine generator. You've got an oversized cartridge filter which is good since you won't have to clean it as often.

What's the Jandy valve and pipe going towards the back next to the filter for? I don't see plumbing for solar panels though you mention those in your signature line -- is that the valve and pipe in the back switching to go to solar and if so, where does it come back? The pipes coming forward clearly go to the returns on the right; to pool cleaner in the middle; and suction lines on the left (why are there Jandy valves for the 2 suction and 2 return lines? Individual valves for each line I can understand and see those as well). You note an automatic pool cover and that will help to retain heat in the pool by eliminating evaporation.

Those are for the solar, there are 2 pipes, one is hidden in the picture. The valve allows the flow to be adjusted & turns on or off depending if the sun is out. I'm not totally familiar with the solar sys or all the equipment yet.

Worked on landscaping this weekend and the pebblecoat gets applied on Wednesday. I guess after approx 10 days the water will have "stabilized" and the auto cover will be installed then and other than cold water it will be ready. My solar racks are going to be the holdup as I'm doing them myself and as usual have too many things going on.

auto cover coping brackets, me in the pool, shot of the backyard.

No pebble tech tomorrow, there are still some spots on the wall that are seeping too much water, I guess they are drilling some holes in the wet spots to aid drainage. They are all on the wall covered in shadow in the picture with me in the pool. There are 6 spots that will be drilled.
