If you are talking about the Pool Calculator iPhone app, it is available in the US, and has been since it was first released quite some time back. You can find it here in the iTunes Store. Note that this is the same app that has been out for some time, but not the same iTunes store URL. The store URL changed a couple of months ago when the app was sold to pSiFlow Technology.

If you are talking about something else, you will need to be more specific.
