OK, tried to do this earlier but my first try didn't work out so well. Some issues with photos hosted on Webshots. Will try again with pics for posting as attachments.

We are first time pool owners. Our pool was recently completed by Supreme Pools and Spas (Spring, TX). They worked fast and did a great job. We are having some issues with the plaster which may necessitate drain, rework and refill. But Supreme is not giving us any static whatsoever in making it right. They worked the other punchlist items in a reasonable amount of time and to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone building a pool in the north Houston area.

These first two pics were taken mid-Sept and show the area where the pool was to be installed.

Day 2 - rebar and gunite. I was at work all day and my wife was having some medical testing done so we weren't there to see the rebar. They were just about done when she got home.

The mixer truck was about 200 feet from the gate. Lot of work haulin' it to the pool build but at least they had a big crew.

Sundek spray coating (Indian wheat) over existing covered patio.

And over the pool decking.

P1070039.JPG[/attachment:22teycym]

We feel the colors we selected for the coping, tile and Sundek worked out really well. I need to take some pics when the sun is shining to let the real colors show through.

P1070050.JPG[/attachment:22teycym]

Next comes the hard part (for me) - landscaping around the pool followed by an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen will be over wooden decking under a pavilion type structure to be built between the end of the pool decking and fence.

I will add progress pictures from time to time. Don't hold your breath waiting for those as I expect progress to be pretty slow.

Thanks. Many of the pictures are somewhat disappointing to me but we were hindered by the weather/seasonal conditions. Lots of cloudy days after the pool was started and this time of year we get very little direct sun on the yard due to it being low in the sky anyway and the tall trees that we have all around us. So needless to say, the lighting conditions have not been optimal for taking great pictures.

That looks great. Am I correct to assume that it took about 11 - 12 days for your pool build? I thought ours was fast for 23 days. Keep the pics coming.
