best type of Vac head?

What does everyone use? Ive been using an Astral vac head like this.

Problem is that it doesnt have a brush/bristles on it just a flat rubber seal.

Any ideas?

It really depends on the surface. You don't want to roll the vacuum across a vinyl liner in an above-ground pool; it may leave tracks that will fill up with fine silt and be even worse.

I use one that looks like yours. Not so hot in the corners, but that's what the brush is for. I find slow movement works best, sorta sneak up on the dirt and let it get pulled in rather than pushed away by turbulence.
