Please review this plumbing layout. One thing that has been bugging me is the extra 90 degree elbow going into the filter. Is this anything to even pay any thought to, or should I ask the PB to move the filter over to eliminate the second elbow? Any other feedback welcome.

I wouldn't worry about the elbow, by getting rid of the elbow you might run into those valves being to close to the filter to be readily accessible. One elbow isn't going to matter much in terms of overhead.
