Caulk for the Coping/Patio Joint

Gotta redo that joint. My bullnose brick coping abuts a concrete patio. Total distance around my irregularly shaped pool is about 140 feet. I'd like to make this a DIY job, since the pool guys in my area charge $10 per linear foot for recaulking.

What product should I use? The joint is about 1 inch wide. Don't know how deep it will be after I put the backed rod in.

Any suggestions?
