Just looking for water testing info. Would like peoples opinion on what I should be striving for on water chemistry? FC,TA,CYA,PH,CH,Salt and Borate levels? Have 10-12 hours of sunlight normally, average of 80-100 degree days and no shade on pool,and pool is in wide open area.

As Dave said, you need to read all of Pool School but sepcifically This article. Learning to use the Pool Calc is also a good thing to do.
You've come to the right place. As everyone has said, read Pool School, then bookmark the Clorine/CYA Chart there and The Pool Calculator.
