• Walk through inspections can be scheduled with a phone call to me
2 days ahead of time and should at least be done at the layout, before
the concrete deck and at the end of project. If pictures are desired of
a certain step just notify at least 2 days in advance. I will be taking
pictures also of each step. I will send emails of the steps as we go
through the project.

Not sure I understand tihs. Are you living somewhere else when they are building the pool? You should be allowed to watch them and take pictures anytime you want, period. You are paying for it, they work for you.
Whats the payment schedule?
