there's some white splotchy areas on the bottom that im going to talk to the PB builder about, but i think it might just be areas still curing?

I think that is pretty common with the Florida Stucco 3M product. I had some streaks and splotchy areas that just did not get acid washed enough to expose the colored chips. I applied acid through a pipe to the spots and brushed and it cleared them up. I did that for the really noticable areas, but there are too many smaller areas to bother with. From what I've read and heard, 3M has discontinued the product, but Florida Stucco has found a suitable replacement.
