My pool is missing a return jet in an area were it is right above a step. problem is the step is so high a normal jet will not go in as the side hits the step. Does anyone make a thin jet that is the same diameter as the hole? My pool store guy has been looking and cant find one, Its bugging the heck out of me not having a jet in that hole.

Have you looked at press in eyeball fittings? They may be smaller than standard fittings.

I'm not sure about in the US but here in Europe, Astralpool make a return that fits inside a 50mm pipe.
