Nice job. I need to connect a pool deck onto my existing deck and kept fussing about how I was going to get the winter cover on unless I left a gap between the deck and pool, thinking the deck needed to be level with the top of the pool. It never occurred to me that I could make the deck a bit lower than the pool... :lol:

That's a good point, I had not even thought about the winter cover..
