Having a auto cover on our pool is great. It's about 4 years old and starting to show it's age from sun,rain, and use. Is there any products or maintance that can be done to prolong the cover.

Other than brushing the dirt off, no. The vinyl will dry out and eventually need replacing.

it can be cleaned with dish soap and a long brush, it can be protected with http://www.303products.com/ against UV damage
X-Pert Pool, I have always cleaned my automatic pool cover each spring using dish soap and water, scrubbing it with my pool brush, and siphoning it off with my pool cover pump. As much money as my cover costs, I would like very much to try the 303 product you mentioned. I went to the website and it basically told me I would spray the product on the vinyl. However, I don't imagine that would be the way to go, due to the size of the surface area. Can you tell me how to best go about applying the product to my automatic cover?
We spray our RV awnings with it by spraying it as it rolls up. That way you're only spraying a small strip at a time. Spray, roll, spray, roll.... You get the picture.
