Oh where oh where has my chlorine level gone?

My CYA is 60. I've never really shown any signs of algae, so I think I'll leave well enough alone for now and do the overnight loss test tonight and see where I'm at.
 
I wonder if your chlorine is being consumed by algaecide. I am presuming that you used one of the organic ammonia chlorides rather than copper. Any organic you toss in the pool I would presume to be a source for chlorine reaction.
