Advantage filters and pumps (Generic)

Does anyone have any experience with these pumps and filters?

Is there claimed turnover close to there practical turnover?

Because they have a 47500 gal rated turnover sand filter pack for under 300!

Even if they cheat me by 12,500 gallons per 8 hours, I'm still breakin even!

I have no concerns of pump life, I have a spare pump to be used with it, and I only need 2 seasons of a clean pool before I move out.

I don't believe a 150lb filter is going to be adequate for your 35K gallon pool, but I'm not all that knowledgeable about mechanicals. General rule, from what I've always heard is to go with a larger filter than the specs say you need for your gallonage.
