Perfect pool water now CLOUDY...help!

Hello-

Had perfectly clear water, needed to add a few inches of water, used well water like we usually do...now it's cloudy. Help! These are my test results:
also added 6oz of metal control to the water earlier. We use chlorine (Clorox) method

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'd run the pump over night to see if it filters out any of the problem. Let us know in the a.m.

Thank you for the reply. We run our pump 24/7 and backwashed it this evening.
