Sand filter / zeobrite question

Changing out my sand filter to another TR100. installer suggests we put 4 bags of pea gravel and 5 bags of zeobrite. pool is 34,000 gallons and i run the variable speed pump 24hrs/day at 2500rpms.

Is this enough media (gravel and zeobrite) for this filter?

The TR-100 will have very specific instructions for the amount of filter media. Check with Pentair if they don't come with the paperwork of your filter.

The TR100 takes 150lbs of pea gravel and 450lbs of sand OR just 600lbs of sand and no pea gravel if you want.

Honestly, I would just use good old fashioned filter sand and no gravel. Zeosand has always been more trouble than it's worth......for me anyway.
