will solar salt tabs hurt vinyl?

I would like to add solar salt to make the water feel nicer, will spreading it out in the bottom of the pool hurt the liner since it will take a day or 2 to disovle?

I use this salt since I have SWG... The way I put it in is --have the pump running -- pour half the bag in a 5 gal bucket and throw salt towards the middle of the pool-- Mine usually dissolves in about 30 to 45 mins... Then I do the rest depending on how much salt I have to add. I would not walk directly on the salt as it might puncture a hole in the liner. That is about the only danger I see.
