Need to add CYA

I need to add 5ppm of CYA to my pool. I have some bags of shock leftover from pre BBB days. They are 1 pounds bags, Pool Brand Shock bought from Sams Club. My question is how much CYA does a 1 pound bag add? I would like to use these up, and not have to buy more stablizer until these are gone.

What are the ingredients in those bags of shock? If it's Dichlor a 1lb bag adds 3½ppm CYA in an 18,000 gal pool.
