We have a Tiger Shark pool vac that is about 3 years old. We have never had any problem with it. Last night I put it in to clean our in-ground pool and it got hung on the steps but I didn't know it until this morning. I took it out, cleaned it, turned the handles around, turned it off and put it in the pool, turned it on a nothing. Any suggestions? I really don't have $1,000 for a new one. Thank you very much.

I'm not familiar with this cleaner but I did find a page where you can email the manufacturer with questions.
Also, did you check the outlet and make sure the GFCI switch was not tripped?
