Let me see if I can put the best info out here and hopefully find a quick solution..IC 20 is just over three years old. In ground pool, in Florida so pool temp runs in high 80's. A few weeks ago the Cell Green light began flashing (which means "clean cell" per owners manual and device). I have no cleaned the cells three times and after each time the Green light continues to flash. Salt level is right in the middle of acceptable range, Cell life is green, Flow is Green. Salt Level light is steady Green. HELP!!!

The cell could be nearing the end of it's lifetime. They are designed to last for 3 to 5 years of normal usage. At 3 years old it may simply need to be replaced.
Alternatively, if the water is fairly cold, below 65 degrees, which doesn't seem likely, you can get that symptom.
