Got out of the pool tonight and I felt kinda sticky. These are my readings:

pH 7.4
cl 4
TA 180
Cya 45

I have been trying to keep my cl at 5-6 (based on the CYA chart)

The water is crystal clear and otherwise felt great. Is it my new pool owner's imagination or what?

Don't know. From your test results, I can't tell if you have any CC or not. How does the water look?

When in doubt, go ahead and shock the pool overnight. Can't hurt anything but the yucky stuff.
