CYA and Hydrogen Peroxide

Not in practice. There is a specialized waste water treatment process that uses hydrogen peroxide to get cyanuric acid to precipitate out of solution, but their approach is impractical in swimming pools.

A couple of companies have attempted to produce products to remove cyanuric acid from swimming pools, one of which was on the market for a time, but none of them have proven practical and reliable. None of them are sold any more.

The first thing the hydrogen peroxide will do is eliminate all of your chlorine. There is also a chance it will cause some cyanuric acid to crystalize into extremely small crystals that will cloud the water and pass right through the filter until they redissolve.
