That is a really nice job. Seeing what you did has really got me exited to do my own DIY pool. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind:

1) Where did you get your pool kit from and were you happy with it?
2) It looks like your pavers were laid on concrete. Is that right?

How are your pavers in the heat? We've installed on a deck and patio, and, here in SC they are almost too hot to walk on in the afternoons. We had thought to replace concrete/kooldeck with them because we like the look, but, not sure we can stand the heat. Anyone in Deep South with paver experience?
