first week

hey guys, its been a week since i added 6lbs of cya which was at 0 last week here are my results, how am i doing?

ch 50
cya 25

i have not lost more then a .5 of fc for a few days now
im using 12.5 chlorine its about the same if not cheaper then chlorox for me, whatya think?

I'd say that looks pretty good. You might want to get your CYA up a little bit more. At least 30 ppm on it, I would think.

I agree w/257 that you should probably raise your CYA to at least 30 and maybe even shoot for 40.

How much sun does your pool get each day?

How does your water look?

it gets full sun until 4:30 ish.
the water looks chrystal clear, but i wouldnt really say sparkling though.
i added 6lbs i thought that would have been enough, but yeah, i got add a little more

With full sun most of the day, I suggest you bump the CYA to 40 and see how that goes.

Your water is not sparkly? I'm not sure where you are with pool opening/testing, but have you done an overnight test?
