Aquabot Routine Maintenance

Does anyone else own or performed any routine maintenance on an Aquabot. A three year old Aquabot was left with my pool when I bought the house two years ago. I replaced the drive belts last year. This year I am planning to replace the brushes and drive tracks, and order a spare set of belts.

My big question is... Is it necessary to replace the 4 bushings and 2 stepped rollers? I have nothing to compare to so it is difficult for me to decide if they are worn out. If it is recommended after 5 years of use then obviously I will do it. Otherwise, should I save the extra $50?

When I replace drive belts, I also replace the bushings on drive side and replace the drive pulley. Also check the p-clips that hold the cord on, replace if cracked or brittle.

Wow. The drive pulley? I was not aware that part received enough wear to replace. I have currently just ordered the 4 bushings.

The old style metal ones never did wear out - but current ones will wear to point of leaving belts loose. I replace the pulley about 80% of the time.
