The manual says to run it for 6 hour with 1500 gal pump. Is that long enough. Haven't had any issues. But trying not to have any. Lol

Given that your pool holds about 6000 gallons of water and 1500 gals/hr for 6 hrs = 9000 gallons I'd say you're good. Even allowing for some reduction of the flow rate due to clogged filter you're still good.
