Basketball Goal for Pool

I have searched for hours for a good quality basketball goal that is anchored in for our new pool. I have seen the SR Smith goal for $400-$600, Dunrite goal for $300-$600, First team Hydro sport goal for $1200-$3500. I only want to spend no more than $600. I would like a breakaway goal due to my son and his friends dunking. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I ordered this system on June 5th. The web site said "in stock" and ships out in 1 day. It is June 17th and I still have not received it. I emailed them and and called them several times and still have not got an answer. If I cancel, will I have to pay a restocking fee?
