No chlorine neutralizer when testing PH with TF100?

Just realized that instructions in the TF100 don't call for adding 2 drops of neutralizer (if Chlorine is >2) when testing PH or Alkalinity, as other OTO test kits do. Is this the way is supposed to be or am I missing something?

The TF-100, just like the Taylor K-2006, does use 2 drops of chlorine neutralizer in the Total Alkalinity (TA) test.
