It's about 2inches unlevel in 1 spot the posts look like there leaning there so I'm draining so we can fix this, so I need to completly drain it to dig out and move the post?

The best way is to drain and move the pool and re-level.
Easy way to level the area, use a 10' 2x6 with a level attached and one end pegged in the middle of the pool area, swing the board in a circle scraping the high spots down and filling in the low spots (make sure to tamp those low spots down).
