The murkiness will probably slowly go away simply by filtering as you suggest.

It would probably be a good idea to elevate your FC level up around 6-8ppm as long as the cloudiness is present. That way, if you still have some living organics contributing to the cloudiness, the additional chlorine should help the clearing process go a little faster.

I misspoke about the baking soda....I'm sorry. That said, I would leave both TA and pH right where they are.
 
Baking soda only raises the PH a tiny amount. Normally you can ignore that.

I agree with duraleigh, raise FC to just over the high end of the normal range and see if things improve day to day. If your FC level is falling quickly, it might be algae just getting started. It would also be a good idea to do a CH test, just to make sure your CH isn't really high (which could cause the cloudiness).
