I have an Aqua Logic that just had the main board replaced...now the timers don't work they set but nothing happens and now there is no setting for the lights in the timers control..any suggestions to reset it properly?

You might have gotten a software "upgrade" with the board so download a new manual from the Goldline web site. Also, in the configuration menu you can reset the whole unit to factory defaults. This might be helpful if there is a setting somewhere which is overriding your timers.
The filter timers are working..but there is nothing in the menu now for light timers...they do work manually.

The lights setup should be under the configuration menu but download the manual for your new board version.
