opening pool for the first time since conversion

I pulled the cover of yesterday, the water was clear, but the bottom of th pool is covered in dirt. I'm guessing it's just dirt. I have wanda the whale in there cleaning it up. Here are my numbers I just took, please tell me if I'm on the right track, I know I have to add chlorine, but I wanted to get the dirt out first.

You guys were a great help during my conversion and I stayed sparkly clear all summer. So, I just need to know if I'm on the right track (Except for the chlorine, which I will add tonight. It just started pouring the rain down and storming.)

You're numbers look good - add chlorine, vacume - and do an overnight test. IF the FC doesn't hold overnight you should shock.
