Wow...it's very expensive. Went to pool store and am paying 17.00 for 4.5 lbs. The next size (not sure how how many lbs )is over 100.00. My pool store is typically the cheapist when it comes to salt and MA so I would guess the same about stabilizer. Do you all find it expensive?

That's what I paid. Considering that you don't need much of it over time, and taking into account what it does for the pool, I consider it a bargain.

Katy Chemical at Fry Rd. and I-10 has 6 lbs CYA for $12. This guy lives in my neghborhood and doesn't seem to be an unnecessary pool chemical "pusher".
