Savannah Sunset Dlx Spa controller not responding correctly

I have a 2002 Savannah Spa Sunset DLX. Yesterday it was fine...today the control panel does not respond to my pressing the buttons unless I cut the power and let it sit for a bit and turn it back on.

The contral panel has four push buttons.

1. pump
2. light
3. heat down
4. heat up

There is also an indicator that shows a thermometer and lights when the heater is on I am assuming.

Any thoughts?
