SWG red light is on

SWG red light is on although Leslie's tested salt level at 3500. Just had 4 bags added by pool company.
I've added 2 bags chlor brite and 180 oz of bleach and the water is still cloudy.

The other crucial info is which SWCG do you have? I suspect it's an Intelichlor, but don't want to guess on this
