new pool owner, cloudy water

This is my second year of pool ownership. I am still stumped on chemicals and opening pool. Took the cover off about 10 days ago, the water was green. I tested the levels of the pool and this is where I am now.
TH 100
FC 0-1
PH below 6.4
TA 80
CYA 30

I have been told to shock until the chlorine level is good then work on ph level. I put 15 lbs of shock in yesterday a.m. and tested last night the FC level finally registered 1/2 on the scale however the PH level dropped out of the bottom. Now my FC is very low and the PH is very low. My question is this , which one do I get in line first FC or PH?

You should raise PH up to at least 7.0 first. Don't worry about getting the PH exact right now, just get it up to between 7.0 and 7.8 and then continue shocking the pool.
