    Is this "cloudy" or normal

My pool looks good with good test #'s. During the day looks clear and sparkly. At night when I trun on the light there seem to be small particles floating in the water. Being a new pool owner, is this normal?

    Thanks for any thoughts!

That is normal. Even the best filters won't remove everything.

How long are you running the filter? And is the filter right sized? Can you add skimmer socks to skimmers?

Running the filter 8 hours/day. It is sized correctly.

    Normal.

What else is normal is to vacuum the pool until it's absolutely spotless, fish everything out and put it all away, and then see a ΒΌ" black speck of something. That defies fishing out with the net.
