Polaris 360 & Return Jet

My polaris is powered by one of my return jets. In order to get the optimal pressure to run the polaris, I have to put in an eyeball fitting with a very small opening in the other return jet. Do you think it would be OK if I left that particular eyeball fitting in my jet permanently? It's somewhat of a pain to continually switch it out with the regular fitting.

Yes, it is alright to leave the smaller eyeball in. It does reduce the overall efficiency of your plumbing system, but the difference should be relatively small.
