Now what?

First thing is to post a full set of test results.

pH
FC
CC
TA
CH
CYA

Generally we recommend bringing your pH down to around 7.0 - 7.2, then adding bleach to shock level, then hanging enough CYA to reach 30ppm in a sock in front of a return and after 2 days raising your shock level to match the 30ppm CYA level. By hanging the CYA in front of a return you can backwash and not lose too much of it.

In addition to what Bama Rambler said, add CYA/conditioner right now and then start shocking tonight. Tonight there won't be any sun on the pool, and by tomorrow enough of the CYA will have dissolved that you can count it as if it was all there (even though it won't really all be there).
