How to clean dingy Grout

I live in South West Florida. My pool is about 4 years old. Its in In ground pool 14 x 28 with spa that spills over into the pool.

Anyways I have noticed some of the tile grout above the water line is kind of dingy. What would be the best way to clean this?

The pool supply store ad some chemical that i could use on the tile, but semms like sometimes they just want to sell you something else yanno.

Try baking soda and a green scotch pad. Works great on tile.

Or "soft scrub" with bleach, you can find it at any walgreens or grocery.
