Just opened my brand new inground pool/spa. It is 13890gal
My fill water has the following:
FAC 0
TAC 0
CYA 0
TA 180
pH 8.0
Acid 2
TDS 200
Pho 0
I'm told the first thing to do is lower TA to between 80-140 using Muriatic Acid
I was told to add 22 fluid oz of MA but may need to add up to an additional 8qt 11oz
Was told not to add more than 24 fluid oz at any one time. Why is this. If I'm going to need to add nearly 2gallons how long do I have to wait between each addition of 24 oz
