2019 Hayward 500,000btu Natural Gas Heater - Mode Issues

I have a new heater thats been working fine until yesterday following a visit from the pool service team. Yesterday evening I could not get it to come on. It was showing code "60" or "bo" so I did what it says to put it back in manual use. It started working today fine in manual mode. How do I get it back in "60/bo" mode so the omni logic with control it again?

Try and manually reset the heater using the keypad by cycling the MODE button through “STANDBY” and back to the original operating mode (“POOL” or “SPA”).

Change setting by using the MODE key to put the heater into STANDBY.

Press and hold the DOWN key and then
press and hold the MODE key.

Hold down both keys for 3 seconds
until the indication ‘‘bO’’ is displayed.
