    Computer problem

My electric company has just changed their bill viewing to a PDF format. When I click on view bill a window pops up but it is blank. I just talked to tech support for 45 min going through all settings and we still can't get it to work. I have Adobe reader 9 installed which is what they recommend. I turned off my firewalls and pop up blockers and still nothing.
    Any suggestions?
My pool is a 10,500 gallon (420 Sq Ft ) kidney shape. A hand made sheer decent waterfeature. STA-RITE HRPB30, Sand filter 30" 98 GPM,
1 HP Maxi-Glas 2 pump, BBB Method, Taylor K-2005 test kit, 50 Watt 12V low-voltage pond light illuminates the pool at night for a nice soft glow.
250 gallon stand-alone hot tub. Got it FREE!

Do you get an error of any kind when you try to open it?

I've been having alot of trouble with Adobe lately - things that load won't a few minutes later and I have to log off and restart to get them to load. Very odd.

I don't get any errors, just a blank page. I have downloaded many PDF files and they all work just fine, except this one. It works just fine for the electric company.

Sometimes I have found if a PDF files does not work, I right click and save as to my desktop and let it download. From there I can open with no problems at all.

You may want to try one of the free PDF readers out there that aren't made by adobe. They tend to be less bloated and faster to respond.
