Replacing a weir

Wondering if any one has done it and do you do it from inside the pool or from the outside? TIA

I just replaced my skimmer weirs with parts from "AquaSuperstore.com", they have all types available-mine were Astral Pool. Easy replacement from inside the skimmer itself-sort of have to lay on your stomach over the pool wall and insert the wier from iside the skimmer itself

Thank you. I thought that maybe the way to do it. Now I just have to throw the kids out of the pool first.

Just one more tip: Do NOT remove the retaining pins before setting the weir in place! I know someone who had to learn that the hard way...
