I was at Home Depot the other day and saw Clorox brand "germicidal" bleach. It has a higher chlorine percentage than regular clorox(6.15 vs. 6.0) It doesn't say that it contains anything else, and it's also a bit cheaper, too! Has anyone used this kind of bleach before?

Yes, that is totally fine. The Clorox "germicidal" labeling is for their "commercial" bleach. In a few really minor ways it is actually better, since it has fewer additives.
I'd use it. Lots of "commercial" products are cheaper than the consumer version, and work better, too. They just don't have the glossy packaging. We used to get commercial Tide detergent in 40 pound boxes to clean the shop floor. Cut grease great, no perfumes, hardly any suds.
