We are living in a rental home with an inground pool and a spa that waterfalls into the pool. My wife has been having trouble with backwashing and rinsing the filters. She keeps getting dirt and crud going into the spa during this process. Two Ranger Sand filters plumbed together (one for each component). Any help? Thanks!

It is difficult to think of how that could be happening. Could you post a picture of your equipment pad so we can get some idea of how your system is plumbed?
