Post a set of test results from your TF-100 before you do anything else. I suspect some or all of the PS's numbers are wrong. Once you post your numbers we'll be here to help.
Easier way to add Chlorine

Stabilizer goes in whenever you want. Generally should allow a half hour or more between adding acid and adding any kind of chlorine (or vice versa).

Here are the results after adding some acid and testing myself:

I had also added 234ozs of 10% chlorine but not showing any. I'm wondering if its because of metals (on a well and water is brownish) or algae causing this.

Thought of something else. I bought a canister of stabilizer and the directions are confusing. How much should I add?
With CYA at zero, any amount of chlorine added will be lost each sunny day. You won't be able to maintain an FC level during the day until your CYA level comes up.
If your TA is really 430, you are going to need to lower the TA. First, double check the TA level, wiping the tip of the dropper bottle with a damp cloth/tissue when you start and after every five drops.
I would aim for a CYA level of around 40 to start with. You can use the Pool Calculator, see the link in my signature, to figure out how much you need to add to get there.
